662 Views ‘Fashionably Late’ on page 68 of ELLE’s April issue (on shelf today, so go get it!) features couture dresses especially made for ELLE’s 16th birthday by local designers. Senior fashion editor Poppy Evans and her team shot right through the night to create a birthday story that we are very proud of!
